This is a great kit for the bearded beer lover in your life (even if that means you). You get a bottle of hops-scented beard oil and a bar of soap made with local craft beer, plus a 1-oz tin of beard wax to put stray hairs in their place.

The Soap

Crafted from the same great blend of butters and oils that make our standard bars, beer soaps benefit from the use of beer instead of water in the soap making process. Made with craft brown ale from a southern California brewery, this soap is fragranced with Blue Gum Eucalyptus, which has a camphorous, invigorating fragrance. A hint of earthy, bready aroma comes from the ale.

The Oil

This Beard Oil is scented with an assorted blend of essential oils, featuring hops essential oil front and center. Most varieties of hops have a distinctive smell, while many exhibit additonal notes of citrus, pine, and spices. This oil is blended with a hint of grapefruit and black pepper to add complexity and depth to the aroma.

Splash several drops into your palm and massage it into your beard to keep bristles conditioned and under control. What's more, this blend contains both fast-absorbing oils to penetrate the skin and keep your face soft and moisturized, while the slow-absorbing oils will make a lasting impression on your rebellious bristles. Always perform a patch test first; may contain allergens for some people. Bottle includes an orifice reducer for judicious use.

The Wax

Our beard wax is a blend of local beeswax and natural oils and butters that work to wrangle stray hairs and lend a waxy sheen, while still leaving a conditioning and protective coating on the beard. Scrape wax from the tin with the back of your thumbnail, warm between fingertips and apply as needed to control the shape of your beard. Scented with a blend of hair-conditioning essential oils, this wax has a fresh, woodsy scent with citrus, floral, and herbal notes from a array of essential oils.
